Important information about the EU-portal

In connection with the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority's transition to a new digital platform for dealing with occurrence reports under EU Regulation 376/2014, all respective organizations can now appoint a person responsible for managing all their mandatory and voluntary occurrences in ECCAIRS (E2), to ensure that the organization always meets the applicable requirements. This person shall be accountable to the respective organization's Accountable Manager (AM) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

We would therefore like to point out that any communication to the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority regarding the respective administrator rights of organizations, must include the approval of the organization's Accountable Manager (AM) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO) before the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority can create the person in question in ECCAIRS (E2).

Subsequently, the person concerned (E2-gatekeeper), with a clearly defined area of responsibility and obligations in the organization's SMS, will be able to create, manage and maintain the administration of the internal E2 users in the organization.

If you have any questions about the above, please do not hesitate to contact us @ analyse@tbst.dk
